Job Description
TruckingJobsInUSA is actively hiring experienced Hotshot drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions based in New Mexico. We are a CDL driver recruiting agency placing qualified drivers with vetted, well-established carriers across the United States — and we have immediate openings for drivers domiciled in and around Albuquerque, New Mexico.
This is a full-time Hotshot driving position paying $49,500 - $70,000/year depending on experience, lane, and safety record. Home time: Out 1–2 weeks. We require a minimum of 12 months of verifiable Non-CDL driving experience for this role. If you have at least one year behind the wheel and a clean record, we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- Valid Non-CDL commercial driver's license
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — no major violations
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and DOT drug screen
- At least 21 years of age (23+ for some lanes)
