Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Wyoming, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Wyoming offers strong freight demand driven by coal mining & transport and oil & gas extraction. Major pickup and delivery points include Cheyenne, Casper, Laramie, with heavy traffic along I-80 (Cheyenne to Rock Springs, east-west). Whether you are based in Cheyenne or anywhere in WY, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
