Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Wisconsin, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Wisconsin offers strong freight demand driven by dairy farming & cheese processing and paper & packaging manufacturing. Major pickup and delivery points include Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, with heavy traffic along I-94 (Milwaukee to Chicago and Minneapolis). Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
