Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Virginia, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Virginia offers strong freight demand driven by government & military logistics and port operations (norfolk/hampton roads). Major pickup and delivery points include Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Richmond, with heavy traffic along I-81 (Shenandoah Valley, major truck route). Whether you are based in Virginia Beach or anywhere in VA, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
