Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Vermont, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Vermont offers strong freight demand driven by dairy farming & processing and maple syrup production. Major pickup and delivery points include Burlington, South Burlington, Rutland, with heavy traffic along I-89 (Burlington to Montpelier to NH). Whether you are based in Burlington or anywhere in VT, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
