Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Texas, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Texas offers strong freight demand driven by oil & gas (permian basin, eagle ford, gulf coast) and cross-border trade (mexico, multiple ports of entry). Major pickup and delivery points include Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, with heavy traffic along I-35 (Dallas to San Antonio to Laredo). Whether you are based in Houston or anywhere in TX, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
