Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Tennessee, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Tennessee offers strong freight demand driven by air cargo & logistics (fedex, memphis) and automotive manufacturing (nissan, gm, vw). Major pickup and delivery points include Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, with heavy traffic along I-40 (Memphis to Nashville to Knoxville). Whether you are based in Memphis or anywhere in TN, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
