Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in North Dakota, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
North Dakota offers strong freight demand driven by oil & gas (bakken shale) and agriculture (wheat, sunflowers, durum). Major pickup and delivery points include Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks, with heavy traffic along I-94 (Fargo to Bismarck and Montana). Whether you are based in Fargo or anywhere in ND, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
