Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in North Carolina, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
North Carolina offers strong freight demand driven by banking & financial logistics (charlotte) and biotech & pharmaceutical (research triangle). Major pickup and delivery points include Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, with heavy traffic along I-85 (Charlotte to Greensboro to Virginia). Whether you are based in Charlotte or anywhere in NC, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
