Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in New Mexico, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
New Mexico offers strong freight demand driven by oil & gas (permian basin) and military & national laboratory logistics. Major pickup and delivery points include Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Santa Fe, with heavy traffic along I-40 (east-west through Albuquerque). Whether you are based in Albuquerque or anywhere in NM, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
