Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in New Jersey, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
New Jersey offers strong freight demand driven by port drayage (newark-elizabeth) and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Major pickup and delivery points include Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, with heavy traffic along NJ Turnpike/I-95 (full state). Whether you are based in Newark or anywhere in NJ, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
