Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Minnesota, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Minnesota offers strong freight demand driven by medical device manufacturing (medtronic) and food processing (general mills, cargill, hormel). Major pickup and delivery points include Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, with heavy traffic along I-94 (Twin Cities to Fargo and Milwaukee). Whether you are based in Minneapolis or anywhere in MN, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
