Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Massachusetts, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Massachusetts offers strong freight demand driven by biotech & pharmaceutical and technology & electronics. Major pickup and delivery points include Boston, Worcester, Springfield, with heavy traffic along I-90/Mass Pike (east-west through Boston). Whether you are based in Boston or anywhere in MA, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
