Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Maryland, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Maryland offers strong freight demand driven by port logistics (baltimore) and government & military supply. Major pickup and delivery points include Baltimore, Hagerstown, Frederick, with heavy traffic along I-95 (Northeast corridor through Baltimore). Whether you are based in Baltimore or anywhere in MD, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
