Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Louisiana, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Louisiana offers strong freight demand driven by petrochemical manufacturing and port operations (new orleans, baton rouge). Major pickup and delivery points include New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Shreveport, with heavy traffic along I-10 (east-west through New Orleans and Baton Rouge). Whether you are based in New Orleans or anywhere in LA, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
