Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Iowa, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Iowa offers strong freight demand driven by agriculture (corn, soybeans, pork) and ethanol production. Major pickup and delivery points include Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, with heavy traffic along I-80 (east-west through Des Moines). Whether you are based in Des Moines or anywhere in IA, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
