Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Illinois, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Illinois offers strong freight demand driven by intermodal & rail transfer and food processing & distribution. Major pickup and delivery points include Chicago, Joliet, Rockford, with heavy traffic along I-80/I-55 (Joliet intermodal corridor). Whether you are based in Chicago or anywhere in IL, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
