Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Hawaii, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Hawaii offers strong freight demand driven by port drayage & container delivery and tourism & hospitality supply. Major pickup and delivery points include Honolulu, Hilo, Kailua-Kona, with heavy traffic along H-1 (Honolulu metro, Oahu). Whether you are based in Honolulu or anywhere in HI, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
