Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Florida, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Florida offers strong freight demand driven by citrus & produce agriculture and tourism & hospitality logistics. Major pickup and delivery points include Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, with heavy traffic along I-95 (East Coast Jacksonville to Miami). Whether you are based in Jacksonville or anywhere in FL, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
