Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Delaware, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Delaware offers strong freight demand driven by port logistics & container handling and chemical manufacturing (dupont legacy). Major pickup and delivery points include Wilmington, Dover, Newark, with heavy traffic along I-95 (Wilmington corridor). Whether you are based in Wilmington or anywhere in DE, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
