Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Connecticut, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Connecticut offers strong freight demand driven by pharmaceutical distribution and defense manufacturing (submarines, engines). Major pickup and delivery points include Hartford, Bridgeport, New Haven, with heavy traffic along I-95 (coastal corridor NYC to Providence). Whether you are based in Hartford or anywhere in CT, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
