Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in California, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
California offers strong freight demand driven by port drayage & container hauling and agriculture (produce, dairy, wine). Major pickup and delivery points include Los Angeles, Oakland, Fresno, with heavy traffic along I-5 (full state north-south). Whether you are based in Los Angeles or anywhere in CA, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
