Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Arkansas, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Arkansas offers strong freight demand driven by retail distribution (walmart hq) and poultry processing (tyson hq). Major pickup and delivery points include Little Rock, Bentonville, Fort Smith, with heavy traffic along I-40 (east-west through Little Rock). Whether you are based in Little Rock or anywhere in AR, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
