Job Description
We are hiring reefer drivers for otr routes in Alabama, transporting temperature-controlled freight including produce, dairy, frozen foods, meat, and pharmaceuticals in refrigerated trailers. You will monitor reefer unit temps and maintain the cold chain from pickup to delivery.
Alabama offers strong freight demand driven by automotive manufacturing and aerospace & defense. Major pickup and delivery points include Birmingham, Mobile, Huntsville, with heavy traffic along I-65 (north-south spine). Whether you are based in Birmingham or anywhere in AL, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Reefer experience preferred — will train
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to monitor reefer unit controls
