Job Description
We are hiring heavy haul / oversized drivers for otr routes in Arkansas, transporting oversized and overweight freight including construction equipment, industrial machinery, wind turbine components, and bridge beams on RGN, lowboy, and multi-axle trailers.
Arkansas offers strong freight demand driven by retail distribution (walmart hq) and poultry processing (tyson hq). Major pickup and delivery points include Little Rock, Bentonville, Fort Smith, with heavy traffic along I-40 (east-west through Little Rock). Whether you are based in Little Rock or anywhere in AR, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 years CDL-A experience
- At least 1 year heavy haul or oversized experience
- Experience with RGN, lowboy, multi-axle trailers
- Knowledge of oversize/overweight permit requirements
- Clean MVR — zero preventable accidents past 5 years
