Job Description
We are hiring hotshot drivers for regional routes in Delaware, hauling time-sensitive freight on gooseneck or bumper-pull flatbed trailers using Class 3-5 trucks. Loads include oilfield equipment, construction materials, machinery parts, and agricultural equipment.
Delaware offers strong freight demand driven by port logistics & container handling and chemical manufacturing (dupont legacy). Major pickup and delivery points include Wilmington, Dover, Newark, with heavy traffic along I-95 (Wilmington corridor). Whether you are based in Wilmington or anywhere in DE, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- CDL-A for GVWR over 26,001 lbs — or standard license for lighter combos
- 1 year driving experience
- Flatbed securement skills
- Clean driving record
- DOT medical card for vehicles over 10,001 lbs
- Flexible schedule for overnight deliveries
