Job Description
We are hiring hotshot drivers for regional routes in Arkansas, hauling time-sensitive freight on gooseneck or bumper-pull flatbed trailers using Class 3-5 trucks. Loads include oilfield equipment, construction materials, machinery parts, and agricultural equipment.
Arkansas offers strong freight demand driven by retail distribution (walmart hq) and poultry processing (tyson hq). Major pickup and delivery points include Little Rock, Bentonville, Fort Smith, with heavy traffic along I-40 (east-west through Little Rock). Whether you are based in Little Rock or anywhere in AR, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- CDL-A for GVWR over 26,001 lbs — or standard license for lighter combos
- 1 year driving experience
- Flatbed securement skills
- Clean driving record
- DOT medical card for vehicles over 10,001 lbs
- Flexible schedule for overnight deliveries
