Hazmat Tanker Driver

We are hiring experienced drivers for hazmat tanker operations hauling fuel, industrial chemicals, and other hazardous materials. This is one of the highest-paying positions in trucking and it requires both a Hazmat (H) endorsement and a Tanker (N) endorsement — or the combination X endorsement. You will transport Class 3 flammable liquids, Class 8 corrosives, and other regulated materials under strict DOT and FMCSA protocols.

Hazmat tanker drivers must follow detailed shipping paper requirements, proper placarding, emergency response procedures (ERG guide), and facility-specific loading and unloading protocols. You will pick up at refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, and fuel terminals, delivering to gas stations, industrial consumers, construction sites, and agricultural operations. Every load requires meticulous attention to safety — there is zero room for shortcuts.

This position pays $75,000 to $100,000 annually because the endorsement requirements, training, and responsibility level are well above standard trucking. You will be home every 7 to 14 days depending on your route area. We provide full hazmat training and recertification support, along with top-tier equipment maintained on an accelerated service schedule.
