Job Description
We are hiring hazmat drivers for otr routes in Utah, hauling hazardous materials including fuel, industrial chemicals, and regulated cargo under strict DOT and FMCSA protocols. This is one of the highest-paying positions in trucking.
Utah offers strong freight demand driven by technology distribution (silicon slopes) and mining (copper, gold, coal). Major pickup and delivery points include Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Provo, with heavy traffic along I-15 (Salt Lake City to Las Vegas and Idaho). Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- TSA background check clearance
- Clean MVR — zero major violations past 5 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Knowledge of DOT hazmat regs (49 CFR 100-185)
