We are hiring hazmat drivers for otr routes in Rhode Island, hauling hazardous materials including fuel, industrial chemicals, and regulated cargo under strict DOT and FMCSA protocols. This is one of the highest-paying positions in trucking.
Rhode Island offers strong freight demand driven by port operations (providence) and jewelry manufacturing. Major pickup and delivery points include Providence, Warwick, Cranston, with heavy traffic along I-95 (Providence corridor). Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- TSA background check clearance
- Clean MVR — zero major violations past 5 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Knowledge of DOT hazmat regs (49 CFR 100-185)
