We are hiring hazmat drivers for otr routes in New Jersey, hauling hazardous materials including fuel, industrial chemicals, and regulated cargo under strict DOT and FMCSA protocols. This is one of the highest-paying positions in trucking.
New Jersey offers strong freight demand driven by port drayage (newark-elizabeth) and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Major pickup and delivery points include Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, with heavy traffic along NJ Turnpike/I-95 (full state). Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- TSA background check clearance
- Clean MVR — zero major violations past 5 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Knowledge of DOT hazmat regs (49 CFR 100-185)
