We are hiring hazmat drivers for otr routes in Maine, hauling hazardous materials including fuel, industrial chemicals, and regulated cargo under strict DOT and FMCSA protocols. This is one of the highest-paying positions in trucking.
Maine offers strong freight demand driven by forestry & paper products and lobster & seafood shipping. Major pickup and delivery points include Portland, Bangor, Lewiston, with heavy traffic along I-95/Maine Turnpike (Portland to Augusta). Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- TSA background check clearance
- Clean MVR — zero major violations past 5 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Knowledge of DOT hazmat regs (49 CFR 100-185)
