Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in Texas, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
Texas offers strong freight demand driven by oil & gas (permian basin, eagle ford, gulf coast) and cross-border trade (mexico, multiple ports of entry). Major pickup and delivery points include Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, with heavy traffic along I-35 (Dallas to San Antonio to Laredo). Whether you are based in Houston or anywhere in TX, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment

- $59,000 - $86,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
