Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in South Dakota, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
South Dakota offers strong freight demand driven by agriculture (corn, soybeans, cattle) and tourism supply (mt. rushmore, black hills). Major pickup and delivery points include Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Aberdeen, with heavy traffic along I-90 (east-west through state). Whether you are based in Sioux Falls or anywhere in SD, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment

- $53,000 - $77,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
