Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in North Dakota, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
North Dakota offers strong freight demand driven by oil & gas (bakken shale) and agriculture (wheat, sunflowers, durum). Major pickup and delivery points include Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks, with heavy traffic along I-94 (Fargo to Bismarck and Montana). Whether you are based in Fargo or anywhere in ND, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment
Benefits
- $57,000 - $84,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
