Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in North Carolina, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
North Carolina offers strong freight demand driven by banking & financial logistics (charlotte) and biotech & pharmaceutical (research triangle). Major pickup and delivery points include Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, with heavy traffic along I-85 (Charlotte to Greensboro to Virginia). Whether you are based in Charlotte or anywhere in NC, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment
Benefits
- $56,000 - $82,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
