Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in Minnesota, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
Minnesota offers strong freight demand driven by medical device manufacturing (medtronic) and food processing (general mills, cargill, hormel). Major pickup and delivery points include Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, with heavy traffic along I-94 (Twin Cities to Fargo and Milwaukee). Whether you are based in Minneapolis or anywhere in MN, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment
Benefits
- $60,000 - $88,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
