Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in Louisiana, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
Louisiana offers strong freight demand driven by petrochemical manufacturing and port operations (new orleans, baton rouge). Major pickup and delivery points include New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Shreveport, with heavy traffic along I-10 (east-west through New Orleans and Baton Rouge). Whether you are based in New Orleans or anywhere in LA, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment
Benefits
- $54,000 - $79,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
