Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in Hawaii, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
Hawaii offers strong freight demand driven by port drayage & container delivery and tourism & hospitality supply. Major pickup and delivery points include Honolulu, Hilo, Kailua-Kona, with heavy traffic along H-1 (Honolulu metro, Oahu). Whether you are based in Honolulu or anywhere in HI, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment
Benefits
- $71,000 - $104,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
