Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in Florida, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
Florida offers strong freight demand driven by citrus & produce agriculture and tourism & hospitality logistics. Major pickup and delivery points include Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa, with heavy traffic along I-95 (East Coast Jacksonville to Miami). Whether you are based in Jacksonville or anywhere in FL, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment
Benefits
- $57,000 - $84,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
