Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in Arkansas, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
Arkansas offers strong freight demand driven by retail distribution (walmart hq) and poultry processing (tyson hq). Major pickup and delivery points include Little Rock, Bentonville, Fort Smith, with heavy traffic along I-40 (east-west through Little Rock). Whether you are based in Little Rock or anywhere in AR, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment
Benefits
- $52,000 - $76,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
