Job Description
We are hiring flatbed drivers for otr routes in Arizona, hauling steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and other open-deck freight. You will tarp, strap, and chain your own loads following FMCSA securement regulations.
Arizona offers strong freight demand driven by cross-border trade (mexico) and semiconductor manufacturing. Major pickup and delivery points include Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, with heavy traffic along I-10 (Phoenix to LA and Tucson to El Paso). Whether you are based in Phoenix or anywhere in AZ, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Flatbed experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FMCSA load securement regs
- Ability to tarp and chain loads in all weather
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Physically capable of handling securement equipment

- $59,000 - $86,000 annual pay
- Top flatbed pay rates
- Tarp pay: $50-$75 per tarp on top of mileage
