Job Description
We are hiring dump truck drivers for local routes in North Dakota, hauling gravel, sand, asphalt, topsoil, and demolition debris between quarries, asphalt plants, construction sites, and landfills. Run 6-12 loads per day on local routes.
North Dakota offers strong freight demand driven by oil & gas (bakken shale) and agriculture (wheat, sunflowers, durum). Major pickup and delivery points include Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks, with heavy traffic along I-94 (Fargo to Bismarck and Montana). Whether you are based in Fargo or anywhere in ND, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-B license (CDL-A accepted)
- 6 months dump truck or commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to operate dump bed safely
- Comfortable on unpaved roads and construction sites
