Job Description
We are hiring dump truck drivers for local routes in North Carolina, hauling gravel, sand, asphalt, topsoil, and demolition debris between quarries, asphalt plants, construction sites, and landfills. Run 6-12 loads per day on local routes.
North Carolina offers strong freight demand driven by banking & financial logistics (charlotte) and biotech & pharmaceutical (research triangle). Major pickup and delivery points include Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, with heavy traffic along I-85 (Charlotte to Greensboro to Virginia). Whether you are based in Charlotte or anywhere in NC, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-B license (CDL-A accepted)
- 6 months dump truck or commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to operate dump bed safely
- Comfortable on unpaved roads and construction sites
