Job Description
We are hiring dump truck drivers for local routes in Minnesota, hauling gravel, sand, asphalt, topsoil, and demolition debris between quarries, asphalt plants, construction sites, and landfills. Run 6-12 loads per day on local routes.
Minnesota offers strong freight demand driven by medical device manufacturing (medtronic) and food processing (general mills, cargill, hormel). Major pickup and delivery points include Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, with heavy traffic along I-94 (Twin Cities to Fargo and Milwaukee). Whether you are based in Minneapolis or anywhere in MN, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-B license (CDL-A accepted)
- 6 months dump truck or commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to operate dump bed safely
- Comfortable on unpaved roads and construction sites
