Job Description
We are hiring dump truck drivers for local routes in Delaware, hauling gravel, sand, asphalt, topsoil, and demolition debris between quarries, asphalt plants, construction sites, and landfills. Run 6-12 loads per day on local routes.
Delaware offers strong freight demand driven by port logistics & container handling and chemical manufacturing (dupont legacy). Major pickup and delivery points include Wilmington, Dover, Newark, with heavy traffic along I-95 (Wilmington corridor). Whether you are based in Wilmington or anywhere in DE, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-B license (CDL-A accepted)
- 6 months dump truck or commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to operate dump bed safely
- Comfortable on unpaved roads and construction sites
