Job Description
We are hiring dump truck drivers for local routes in Arkansas, hauling gravel, sand, asphalt, topsoil, and demolition debris between quarries, asphalt plants, construction sites, and landfills. Run 6-12 loads per day on local routes.
Arkansas offers strong freight demand driven by retail distribution (walmart hq) and poultry processing (tyson hq). Major pickup and delivery points include Little Rock, Bentonville, Fort Smith, with heavy traffic along I-40 (east-west through Little Rock). Whether you are based in Little Rock or anywhere in AR, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-B license (CDL-A accepted)
- 6 months dump truck or commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to operate dump bed safely
- Comfortable on unpaved roads and construction sites
