Job Description
We are hiring dry van drivers for otr routes in Delaware, hauling general freight in enclosed 53-foot trailers. Loads include retail goods, packaged foods, household items, and consumer products. Most loads are no-touch drop-and-hook at distribution centers.
Delaware offers strong freight demand driven by port logistics & container handling and chemical manufacturing (dupont legacy). Major pickup and delivery points include Wilmington, Dover, Newark, with heavy traffic along I-95 (Wilmington corridor). Whether you are based in Wilmington or anywhere in DE, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable experience
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Pass DOT drug screen and background check
