Job Description
We are hiring dry van drivers for otr routes in Arkansas, hauling general freight in enclosed 53-foot trailers. Loads include retail goods, packaged foods, household items, and consumer products. Most loads are no-touch drop-and-hook at distribution centers.
Arkansas offers strong freight demand driven by retail distribution (walmart hq) and poultry processing (tyson hq). Major pickup and delivery points include Little Rock, Bentonville, Fort Smith, with heavy traffic along I-40 (east-west through Little Rock). Whether you are based in Little Rock or anywhere in AR, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year verifiable experience
- Clean MVR — no major violations past 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Pass DOT drug screen and background check
