Job Description
We are hiring cement mixer drivers for local routes in Arkansas, delivering ready-mix concrete from batch plants to construction sites. You will operate mixer drum controls and discharge chutes, running 5-8 loads per day within 30 miles of the plant.
Arkansas offers strong freight demand driven by retail distribution (walmart hq) and poultry processing (tyson hq). Major pickup and delivery points include Little Rock, Bentonville, Fort Smith, with heavy traffic along I-40 (east-west through Little Rock). Whether you are based in Little Rock or anywhere in AR, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements
- Valid CDL-B license (CDL-A accepted)
- 6 months commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to operate mixer drum and discharge chutes
- Comfortable on construction sites
